Glass-glass modules from the PVP GE series are a high quality alternative to conventional PV installations on roofs and on open land. Due to the use of glass on both sides of the module this module type is especially suitable for rough environments.
The use of 2x3 mm glass gives the module an exceptional high stability over the glass-foil module. With using this frameless type of module, the otherwise existing step between the glass and the frame does not exist. This results in an improved self-cleaning effect. Snow, water and dirt cannot stick on the edges.
The transparency of the GE modules creates a homogenous appearance which is especially appealing for on roof PV-systems. The mode of mounting results in different load limits for the modules.
